IT Enabled Service, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determines service business development strategies through needs assessments, overall service center performance reviews, and cost-benefit analyses in collaboration with the Managing Director and Marketing Department Heads.
∎ Regular analysis to find out the process gap for business loss and the way out of business development from the service department.
∎ Create and implement a business development plan for the service business.
∎ Discuss and negotiation with the new clients about the AMC, Regular service charge, spare parts cost, and bill and take steps for bill preparation, bill submission, and collection.
∎ Maintain a schedule Call, SMS or Email Campaign for the regular customer before the ending of warranty period about after warranty period service.
∎ Ascertain the availability of spare parts and submit a request for timely importation.
∎ Maintains and improves service center operations through process and performance monitoring, problem identification and resolution, and service quality assurance.
∎ Collect the branch's regular service report, fill it out and summarize it, and assist management in improving branch service quality.
∎ Accomplishes service center human resource objectives by coordinating HRD for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, counseling, disciplining, and terminating employees issues.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management

Salary: Tk. 40000 - 70000 (Monthly)
