Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Admin, HRM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan the recruitment process, including screening, calls, and arranging interviews.
∎ Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, and perform the background check as per policy.
∎ Prepare all types of drafts, memos, and meeting minutes.
∎ Be a team player, attend job fairs and recruitment events, and lead employer branding initiatives.
∎ Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
∎ Initiate and execute new joiners' onboarding formalities.
∎ Employee file maintenance, attendance, late in, early out, leave, holiday management,
∎ Payroll and HR databases are updated regularly.
∎ Rewards program organized.
∎ From time to time, visit the branch offices for internal process audits and check the implementation of the meeting minutes.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

∎ Age 24 to 30 years
