Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & execute marketing plan, brand plan of assigned category.
∎ Analyzing competitors strategies, pricing, policies, market share, sales trend etc & developing tactics to counter competitors.
∎ New product design development, update and modification of existing products where necessary.
∎ Understand consumer insights and plan accordingly to formulate strategy for short run & long run.
∎ Ensure profitability and sustainable growth of assigned category.
∎ Formulate brand wise marketing strategies & oversee ongoing brand activities.
∎ Coordinate factory & supply chain department to ensure smooth delivery of RM & PM.
∎ Develop media brief of individual brands & coordinate for making TVC & RDCs.
∎ Coordination with agencies for plan and execute different promotional campaigns. Supervise all promotional campaigns ( ATL, BTL& TTL ).
∎ Oversee the moving TVC, RDC, Print media advertisement, event & outdoor activities.
∎ Coordinate Launching & Re launching program.
∎ Keep regular communication with Sales team for understanding business & product movement.
∎ Set Sales target, tade offer, retail program, consumer program etc.
∎ Visit market for product feedback and take action as per feedback.
∎ Research consumer markets, monitor market, treads and identifying potential areas to invest.
