Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Below the Line (BTL) industry.
∎ • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
∎ • Identify and prospect potential clients, including advertising agencies, marketing firms, and corporate clients,
∎ • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and objectives to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
∎ • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion.
∎ • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
∎ • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue.
∎ • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and operations, to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
∎ • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
