∎ B.Sc. in civil engineering from a reputed public university (BUET, RUET, CUET & KUET)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)

Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting Master Plan for the projects before starting the projects.
∎ Reviewing timings, budget and project plan to ensure work stays on track.
∎ Ensuring the quality of all civil works by providing guidance.
∎ Developing different policies & processes for bringing excellence in construction works & monitoring their proper implementation.
∎ Analyzing, identifying, and forecasting the risk factors in advance. that can hamper the construction works.
∎ Preparing people plan for the construction operations department to ensure proper execution of the construction works.
∎ Supervising all construction works at the projects by visiting projects regularly.
∎ Developing project employees by providing guidance through different training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
