Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring rectification of observations / check list of QC joint project visit.
∎ Visiting Apt./ Project within short time after receiving customer observation.
∎ Escalate the issues/observation to relevant stakeholders and ensure the problem has been solved and ensure the problem will not occur frequently.
∎ Collecting customer/ representative feedback after completion of works as per observation.
∎ Preparing monthly reports and uploading them in the drive.
∎ Developing different SOP, policies and processes.
∎ Estimation of item wise budget/ cost finalization for common management services of project 1 months before handover schedule.
∎ Service deployment as per project handover notice.
∎ Ensuring monthly/yearly collection of service charge & book-keeping of monthly expenses.
∎ Ensuring on time payment of common utility bills and other payments & giving adjustment to finance dept. as per policy.
