Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors/ Master's degree in any discipline.
Job Context:
∎ We are the leading Manufacturers and exporters of packaging items for garment export industry in Bangladesh and Internationally. We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our customer service department. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service to our clients by developing effective customer service procedures and setting customer satisfaction goals.
∎ To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate should be proficient in both leadership and communication skills.
∎ Job Location : Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver a comprehensive service to enquiring customers.
∎ Possibly delegating certain customer enquiries to specific teams.
∎ Develop and maintain excellent business relation with the buyers to serve their interest and requirement for smooth Business.
∎ Merchandising, conducting trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans.
∎ Managing a large number of incoming calls and emails.
∎ Managing customers' accounts.
∎ Communicating with internal teams to discuss sales targets.
∎ Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.
∎ Provide information to top management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Work experience with Poly bags and garment accessories Manufacturing company will be preferable.
∎ Work experience in customer services and merchandising with garment export or garment accessories sector.
∎ Highly creative.
∎ Up- to-date with the latest sales or Marketing trends and best practices.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Bangla and English language.
∎ Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suit (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Salary: Negotiable
