Educational Requirements:
∎ At Least HSC/ Graduates/ Diploma in any discipline (preferable to Science).
∎ Must have 3 or 6 Months fire safety training from Fire Service Civil Defense/ BGMEA /BKMEA /Others.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish a fully functional and effective safety management system in the organization.
∎ Conduct periodic fire drill and emergency evacuation drill independently and with Fire Service & Civil Defense personnel to aware employees any emergency incident. Also capable to train up on fire safety, fire protection, fire detection & first aid.
∎ Daily floor visit & ensure to good housekeeping, fire equipments are free from goods/obstacles, inspection of fire equipment's, emergency sign & exit are active and follow up compliance checklist as per rules & regulations.
∎ Capable to prepare all safety policy, procedure, checklists, reports & documentation regarding fire safety system.
∎ Must have basic knowledge on installation and maintenance of PA system, Fire Extinguisher, Fire Alarm & Detection System, Fire Door and Fire Hose Pipe System.
∎ To ensure having personal protective equipments (PPE) like mask, gloves, goggles, ear plug, gum boot, ear plug for workers are working in machines & chemical handling.
∎ Candidate must have sound knowledge on Building & Fire safety Standards e.g. Accord, Alliance, BNBC (Fire Protection), Fire Service Civil Defense Rules, Bangladesh Labor Law, National OHS Policy and Buyers code of conducts.
∎ Capable to perform on Safety Committee activities, Risk Assessment, Accident Register, risk register etc and take initiate to implement & control.
∎ And any other work assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 0 to 2 year(s). No need to apply who are over 2 years of working experience or 28 years old.
∎ Fresh are encouraged to apply who has fire safety training from Fire Service Civil Defense/BGMEA/BKMEA/Others.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Compliance, EHS, Fire Safety, RMG Industries, Packaging Industries.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills, Self starter and proactive.
∎ Good working skill on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (both of English & Bengali).
∎ Capable to perform during an audit and get ready the factory before an audit.

Salary: Negotiable
