Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma or B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Industrial & Production Engineering from reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have an excellent Production Management capability.
∎ Responsible for effective Production planning.
∎ Follow up floors for effectively planning implementation.
∎ Building relationship with Merchandising department & production people for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure the accurate & optimal capacity planning, while ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability.
∎ Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.
∎ Analyze and evaluation of production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Develop different types of sample and follow up with on time delivery.
∎ Ensure resolving technical problem during production.
∎ Ensure proper use to raw material for smooth production.
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 0 to 2 years of related experience .
∎ Proven working experience in Production management.
∎ Work experience with Poly bags and garment accessories Manufacturing company will be preferable.
∎ Highly creative.
∎ Up- to-date with the latest Production trends and best practices.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Bangla and English language.
∎ Well versed in MS Word & MS Excel.
