Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM
∎ MBA in HRM and PGDHRM will be an added preference.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate staff recruitment and selection process. Ensure compliance during worker recruitment. Maintain the recruitment SOP as per policy and guidance for both cases.
∎ Supporting the Business Unit in driving the critical HR operations, including recruitment, performance appraisal management, talent management, compensation and benefits, internal relations, budgeting, employee development, and salary review in alignment with the central HR functions.
∎ Methodical manpower planning, analyze strengths and gaps, provide HR organizational design guidance, and facilitate appropriate action plans.
∎ Coordinating annual/ quarterly performance appraisal & evaluation, promotion & increment of employees.
∎ Monitoring KPI, analyze individual performance, take necessary steps to rectify shortfall and improve efficiency.
∎ Monitoring of HR & Administrative related policies, procedures and activities. Assist Group HR to prepare, develop and implement HR-related policy to align HR with the business as a strategic partner.
∎ Creating learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
∎ Checking, Reporting, and maintaining disciplinary issues when required.
∎ Any other tasks assigned from time to time by the appropriate authority

∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
∎ Thorough knowledge of labor law and regulations.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
∎ Able to hard work & keep challenging mentality.
∎ Needs to have generic knowledge/understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
∎ Mentality to achieve the goal through team efforts.
