∎ Professional qualification on Logistics and supply chain management will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating, planning and controlling of inbound and outbound logistic
∎ Supervise the transportation team against the overall target of each specific team member.
∎ Direct all logistic related activities.
∎ Monitoring transportation costs and review the process policies.
∎ Drive cost/loss analysis in the overall transportation and logistics activities and bring cost efficiency.
∎ Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
∎ Purchase new/used vehicles with proper justification. Ensure quality & durability of new/used vehicle purchase & negotiate the price of the newly purchased vehicle.
∎ Monitoring All Repair/Maintenance/Fuel/BRTA/Rental expenses, monitoring all bills of Repair/Maintenance, Fuel Expenses.
∎ Transport Executive/Officer's skilled development, giving daily plans to team members, Arrange Weekly & Monthly meetings on Transport related Technical & Non- Technical Problems, Providing proper guidance with solutions.
∎ Arrange monthly transportation budget variance meeting with the leadership team analyzing item wise the cost part.
∎ BRTA, Police Case, Accidental Case follow up, actively follow up the issues related with BRTA, Police case, Accidental Case & solve the issues if any major problem arises.
∎ Arrange training program for the drivers in terms of skill development. Providing training on safe driving, traffic rules & regulations, cleanliness & quality maintenance, company policy. Monthly meeting with drivers & tray to solve the major issues.
∎ Managing all aspects of fleet operations, maritime and maintaining mother vessel information and the preparation of charter party information and documentation whenever necessary.
∎ Involvement in day to day operations of the ship (Lighterage) including navigational safety & inspections.
∎ Crew management & Ensuring that all the certificates (Including Trade) are up to date
∎ Oversight of the survey and inspection & Preparation of routine docking specification;
∎ Sourcing and ordering, spare parts and making sure that they arrive when needed
∎ Make voyage calculations and compare possibilities in accordance with market trends and corporate policies.
∎ Negotiating and forming charter parties with charterers/operators/brokers.
∎ Review the transportation policies and SOPs for the group and establish standard operations across the group.
