∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
∎ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
∎ Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems.

∎ Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.
∎ Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and implement best practices to optimize supply chain performance.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization to enhance agility, scalability, and resilience within the supply chain.
∎ Cultivate strategic supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain network.
∎ Establish robust performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor supply chain performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to anticipate changes and proactively adapt supply chain strategies.
∎ As the Head of Supply Chain Management, will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives to optimize our supply chain processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure seamless operations across our global network. This pivotal role requires a forward-thinking leader who can navigate complex supply chain challenges, foster collaboration, and spearhead transformative initiatives to elevate our competitive edge in the market.
