Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates with degree from public / top private universities / 1st class from national university will be called. Degree in related subjects like environment, chemistry etc. will be preferred. B.Sc. Engineering will also qualify.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To understand and implement the Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental rules and regulations of workplace and implement in proper way.
∎ To keep up to date with changes in current legislation and to bring to the attention to Health, Safety and Environment related legislation.
∎ To assess the risks associated with work or workplace and take proper actions to resolve the risks.
∎ To complete Higg Index assessment and manage all the relevant data/information to complete assessment.
∎ To coordinate the environmental sustainability initiatives i.e. water saving, energy saving, waste management etc.
∎ To develop and sustain bluesign standard for chemical management.
∎ To conduct Health and Safety inspections and prepare reports.
∎ To develop Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Policies, Programs and procedures.
∎ To conduct training and awareness program related safety, health and environment.
∎ To respond to employees' safety concerns.
∎ To conduct HSE Committee meetings, discuss on findings and take initiative to resolve findings.
∎ To develop and sustain C-TPAT standard throughout factory activities.
∎ To assist in developing and sustaining Accord standard.
∎ To maintain compliance related communication with buyers.
∎ To face buyer/3rd party/Accord audits.
∎ To prepare CAPs and update the status in FFC.
∎ To assume other duties as may be assigned.

Salary: Negotiable
