Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

∎ Experience leading organizational change initiatives and managing complex projects.
∎ Thorough knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and best practices.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
∎ Should be a good and active team player.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
∎ Should have to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in HRIS Software, Microsoft Office Suite and experience with performance management software preferred.
∎ Should be able to manage situation and using problem solving tools by basic knowledge.·
∎ Should be positive, and proactive.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist HoD-HR to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and company standards.
∎ Lead the development and implementation of organizational development strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
∎ Assist to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of key business functions·
∎ Develop job description of all function·
∎ Administer employee compensation and benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
∎ Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. You will also manage payroll operations, including payroll checking, payroll processing, tax compliance, leave & attendance management and reporting.
∎ Develop and implement annual performance management programs, and procedures that align with the organization's goals and values.
∎ Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in HR processes.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by Management.
