Job Responsibilities:
∎ Merchant Management:
∎ Develop and execute Merchant Activation process to increase active merchant ratio
∎ Develop approval notes and concepts for different strategic decisions.
∎ Process Development and Implementation:
∎ Identify scopes of process improvements in merchant's end-to-end journey. Specially for merchant enrollment, card activation, settlement, and resolve queries etc.
∎ Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement of new initiatives/processes, also revamp existing ones to ensure better experience for merchant's life-cycle and induce stickiness in portfolio.
∎ Continuous development & implementation of Policy
∎ Merchant Servicing:
∎ Regular training and idea sharing with touch-points to increase effectiveness / Conduct training for touch-points to inform the updated features
∎ Monitor the awareness calls, compile the feed backs and develop calling script to increase the call effectiveness.

∎ Strong Analytical Skill
∎ Competent on using Microsoft Office package
∎ Ability to work under stress
∎ Ability to handle complex situation
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills
