∎ Academic Qualification:· Bachelor in Civil/Architecture Job experience in the relevant industry:· At least 5 years of working experienceKey Skills: · Technical/Job Knowledge: - Working experience in relevant fields; corporate office projects will be an added advantage- Knowledge of interior design and building works knowledge of structural engineering, steel structure, AutoCAD, and MS Project Interpersonal/Managerial Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment High organization skills in managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyBuild strong internal and external relationships using effective verbal and written communication skills.Communication and presentation skills demonstrated customer service excellenceJob Location:Primary – Dhaka; extensive travel would be required as per company necessity.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible to ensure infrastructure project’s delivery as per users’ requirements and business need.1. Assist site sourcing team to analyze the structural situation of the new/old premise2. Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion3. Management of construction drawings, RFIs, shop drawings and submittals4. Preparation and tracking of the construction schedule5. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs6. Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations7. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors8. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory9. Review the work progress on a daily basis10. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status11. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging risks12. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
