∎ -Business graduate from a reputed institution
∎ • Job Experience in Relevant Area:
∎ -5-7 years of overall HR experience.
∎ -3-5 years of proven experience in organizational development or a similar role.
∎ • Key Skills:
∎ -Able to develop and implement HR frameworks/ modalities/ initiatives.
∎ -Familiar with learning trends, methodologies, and technologies.
∎ -Familiar with performance management in the scope of human resources.
∎ -Able to understand industry, business, and strategic context.
∎ -Able to solve problems through analytical ability, critical thinking, & creative thinking.
∎ -Excellent in verbal and written communication.
∎ -Strong in presentation and facilitation.
∎ -Strong in people management & stakeholder management.
∎ -Proficient in Microsoft Office.
∎ -Sincere, proactive, and self-driven.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position plays a strategic role in shaping the organization to meet future challenges and opportunities. This role involves assessing the current organizational context, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity, capability, and overall organizational effectiveness. The role is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing the talents within the organization. This role focuses on enhancing employees’ capability, performance, and career progression to align with the company’s strategic goals.Key Responsibilities / Input:
∎ Talent Development & Management:
∎ • Devise effective 360-degree talent development strategies and programs.
∎ • Review and improve the effectiveness of talent development programs and activities.
∎ • Collaborate with HRBPs to align talent development with business objectives.
∎ • Design, develop and implement talent development interventions.
∎ • Design, develop and implement leadership development interventions.
∎ • Drive succession planning programs and interventions.
∎ • Manage the learning ecosystem of the organization.
∎ • Facilitate or co-facilitate learning and development programs.
∎ • Manage talent development budget and other relevant activities.
∎ • Manage stakeholders, internal & external, to ensure smooth execution of OD interventions.
∎ • Support the identification of key resources to ensure talents are nurtured properly.
∎ • Design, develop and implement key resource development interventions.
∎ • Support the formulation of retention strategies for the key resources across the organization.
∎ • Stay abreast of the latest trends and incorporate best practices.
∎ Performance Management:
∎ • Drive the end-to-end process of performance management in the organization.
∎ • Drive goal setting across the organization.
∎ • Drive mid-year & year-end performance appraisal process.
∎ • Drive Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process for underperforming employees.
∎ • Design and deliver training on effective feedback and performance reviews.
∎ • Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend solutions.
∎ • Integrate performance management with other HR processes like recruitment and training.
∎ • Conduct reviews of performance management initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
∎ • Stay abreast of the latest trends, methodologies and incorporate best practices.

∎ HR Strategy, Frameworks & Projects:
∎ • Contribute to the development of HR strategy and plans through comprehensive R&D.
∎ • Collaborate with Head of OD and HRBPs to align OD initiatives with business objectives.
∎ • Support Head of OD in designing and implementing company-wide OD strategies and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, leadership, culture, and engagement.
∎ • Analyze current organizational context, frameworks, processes, and structures to identify improvement areas and recommend interventions for improvements.
∎ • Support in developing, implementing & reinforcing Change Management framework in the organization to effectively manage organizational changes.
∎ • Co-create HR frameworks, modalities, and projects with Head of OD.
∎ • Serve as Think Tank for HR from OD.
∎ • Stay abreast of the latest trends, methodologies and incorporate best practices.
