Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Pharm or M.Sc in Chemistry /Bio-Chemistry/Applied Chemistry from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall improvement, planning and execution of Quality Control activities as well as ensuring acceptable quality standard of materials and products in accordance with the requirements of Pharmacopoeia, GMP & GLP.
∎ Preparing specifications for all raw materials, packing materials, finished products, intermediates and solvents, and reagents used in analyses.
∎ Inspecting, sampling, and testing of all starting materials including packaging materials, intermediate and finished products as per procedures defined in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
∎ Preparing analysis reports for the tested samples, and recording and investigating any results that are Out Of Specifications (OOS).
∎ To release the raw material & packaging material.
∎ To conduct the DGDA Inspection or other internal or external inspection.
∎ Planning, monitoring, execution and completion of calibration of equipment as per plan /schedule.
∎ Participating in any investigation that follows market complaints about the quality of a product.
∎ Trending of water, Out of Specification and Out of Trend etc.
∎ To conduct stability study of products as Per ICH Guidelines
∎ Status labeling of Quality control instruments, Chemicals & Glassware.
∎ Disposal of balance samples after completion of analysis and its documentation
∎ Sampling and analysis of the raw materials, packaging materials & finished goods as per guideline.
∎ Validation of analytical test method
∎ Handling of QMS (OOS, deviation, change control etc.) related to QC laboratory
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Working Experience in similar post at least 5 year.
∎ Good Communications Skills both Bengali and English.
∎ Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application.
∎ Good knowledge in cGMP.
