Unique Coding Solutions Ltd. is seeking highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented professionals for the positions of Assistant Manager, Manager, and Senior Manager – Business Development to lead and drive the company’s business growth initiatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing effective business development strategies, identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio, strengthening strategic partnerships, and achieving sustainable revenue growth.
The role requires strong leadership capabilities to lead and motivate the Business Development team, establish long-term client relationships, monitor team performance, and ensure the achievement of business objectives in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve the company’s sales and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities, potential clients, and emerging market trends.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Business Development team to achieve individual and departmental targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
Generate leads, develop business pipelines, and convert potential clients into long-term business partners.
Promote and sell industrial coding and marking machines, spare parts, printing consumables, and related technical services.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals effectively.
Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and KPIs to ensure target achievement.
Collaborate with the Engineering and Service teams to ensure effective client support and service delivery.
Prepare periodic business development reports and present performance updates to management.
Develop long-term client relationships and explore opportunities for business expansion.
