Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in a Business discipline/equivalent.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will report to General Manager, Expansion. S/he will be primarily responsible to -
∎ Hunt sites in different places of the country for Meena Bazar outlets as per the company's business objectives.
∎ Conduct Survey, analysis, and comparison of new site rent.
∎ Look for the best-suited site for Meena Bazar outlets as per company requirements.
∎ Control rental costs of the targeted sites through effective negotiations with the landowners.
∎ Coordinate with the legal department of Meena Bazar and landowners to mitigate site/agreement-related issues/matters and complete signing agreements.
∎ Coordinate with the stakeholder from day one of site acquisition activities till handover to the project development department.
∎ Negotiate all required agreements, including but not limited to Contact(s), Amendment(s), and other required Site Acquisition documentation.
∎ Record and track all acquisition-related data in a prescribed platform according to company standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Required Skills:
∎ Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Negotiation skills.
∎ Business development strategy.
∎ Ability to manage multiple site acquisition service requirements.
∎ 3 to 4 years of working experience in business expansion.
∎ Should have strong communication skills in both Bengali and English
