Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing general office operations, including formulating & implementing company policy, updating the concerned people about the policy change, assigning projects and directing staff to ensure compliance, handling all the complaints of employees and looking into all the complaints in an impartial manner, overseeing the recruitment process & termination, New employee orientation & training, conduct yearly assessment, keep the employees’ record updated.
∎ Managing various commercial tasks, including coordinating with the banks, updating TAX & VAT files, renewing licenses, conducting all the relevant paperwork, and ensuring they remain updated.
∎ Company’s property management, e.g., Land property maintenance, & perform related tasks.
∎ PR maintenance, e.g., providing a bridge for smooth communication between the company & Public, assisting the higher Management in new business ventures, follow up on ongoing projects.
∎ Look after the company's issues and perform relevant paper and & file maintenance.
∎ Taking up other related work assigned by the Management.
