Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Manage visitor inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
∎ Coordinate visitor appointments and meetings, including scheduling and logistical arrangements.
∎ Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
∎ Handle incoming calls and emails related to visitor inquiries and dispatch requests.
∎ Assist with dispatching personnel and resources according to operational needs.
∎ Monitor dispatch activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to optimize dispatch processes and improve service quality.
∎ Maintain accurate records of visitor interactions, dispatch requests, and related documentation.
∎ Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business/Hospitality Management or relevant field
∎ Previous experience in reception, or dispatch operations (preferably in Hotel Industry).
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
∎ Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
∎ Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
