∎ At least 04-06 (four to six) years practical experiences in Banks/NBFI’s of which particularly in Treasury department.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and Leadership skills.
∎ Able to perform in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Settlement of Money Market transactions, Issuance of BB Cheques & Clearing of Cheques, preparation of CMR, RTGS Management.
∎ To operate EDS Money software for daily treasury transactions.
∎ Follow up and Reconciliation with of Bangladesh Bank account.
∎ CRR and SLR Reporting to Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Prepare and submit regulatory reports related to treasury activities.
∎ Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits related to treasury functions.
∎ Issuing letter for Fund transfer, Offer letter for TDR, renewal letter etc.
∎ TDR Issue for Bank/ NBFIs for Treasury purpose.
∎ Banking corresponding on different work and information.
∎ Prepare Tax Certificate for Banks/ NBFI’s on TDR maturity wise.
∎ Ensure all the documents before disbursement of Term Loan.
∎ Open the Bank account and relevant formalities.
∎ Procedure of Bank account signatories.
∎ Provide wanting papers to lender banks.
∎ Sound knowledge in Core Banking Software/Core Financial Software.
∎ Having good experience in Bengali & English typing and skill in MS Word and MS Excel.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
