∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
∎ Masters/ MBA in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & maintain all LC file opening;
∎ Prepare Invoice, Shipment clearance etc. and follow up time to time;
∎ All Import document checking & Distribution through all Branches;
∎ Maintain all Import file & Registers;
∎ Corresponds with Insurance Company for LC opening;
∎ Follow up & checking L/C and give final consent to supplier after taking approval by the Management;
∎ To communicate with several station as per instruction by the Management;
∎ Execute, coordinate, monitor and manage L/C related works.
∎ Coordinate with different govt. regulatory bodies.
∎ Present shipping documents to respective custom offices or other offices.
∎ Checking original documents such as Invoice, B/E, Packing List etc.
∎ Prepare monthly LC statement
∎ Any other assignments as assigned by the superior from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having sound knowledge in Import Policy
∎ Willingness to grow with the Company.
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Internet, etc;
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability
∎ Should be self driven, result oriented, hard working.
Salary: Negotiable
