Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners and other IT hardware.
Install, configure and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors and related surveillance equipment.
Monitor CCTV system performance and ensure proper recording, backup, playback and camera coverage.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, network connectivity and CCTV-related technical issues.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, routers, switches, cabling and other basic network infrastructure.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of IT and CCTV equipment.
Maintain an updated inventory of hardware, CCTV devices, accessories and spare parts, along with service records.
Provide technical support to employees and coordinate with relevant vendors or service providers when required.
Ensure the security, proper handling and uninterrupted operation of IT and surveillance systems.
