Responsibilities & Context
Assist in preparing, reviewing and maintaining legal documents related to land and real estate transactions.
Review and organize property-related documents, including deeds, agreements, Power of Attorney and other relevant records.
Assist in preparing and reviewing Development Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding and other property-related agreements.
Coordinate with external lawyers, landowners, government offices and other relevant authorities as required.
Follow up on registration, mutation, land records and other documentation processes.
Maintain proper records and files of land documents, agreements and legal correspondence.
Assist in conducting preliminary document checks and coordinate with legal professionals for detailed legal verification.
Support the legal team in preparing notices, letters and other official correspondence.
Prepare regular updates and reports on legal and documentation matters for management.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive company and client documents.
Perform other duties related to legal and real estate documentation as assigned by management.
