Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ A diploma or BSc in electrical engineering will be given priority
∎ Training/Trade Course: Automotive Battery
∎ Skills Required: Battery sales, Experienced in Battery Industry will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Battery industry, Battery Marketing, Experienced in Battery Industry will get preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Battery, Storage cell, Dry cell (Battery)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of building new dealers and building a strong relationship with them to create and operate big volume business with them.
∎ Have to achieve annual and monthly sales target volume and profitability targets for the specified territory, ensuring sales and payment collection within the due time frame.
∎ Regularly follow up with existing and potential dealers in assigned areas.
∎ Be honest, responsible, loyal, self-motivated, proactive & result-oriented.
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.
∎ Monitor and analyze competitors' marketing strategies.
∎ Provide proactive sales and service support to peers and management in building strong customer relationships.
∎ Create and be accountable for follow-up of all dealers' proposals, problems, contracts & any other related documentation.
∎ Organize product demonstrations, customer meets and other marketing campaigns by teaming up with the sales team.
∎ Should have technical knowledge of Easy-bike, Mishuk, and Rickshaw/van battery fundamentals, accessories, battery problem findings, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Priority will be given to experienced candidates in the Easy-bike, Mishuk, and Rickshaw/van battery sectors.
∎ Priority will be given to experienced candidates with battery technology and production knowledge.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Basic Salary, House Rent, Medical Allowance
Mobile Bill, Internet Bill, Food Allowance, Travel Allowance, Hotel Bill (if needed)
Festival Bonus: 2 times a year
Sales Commission: Monthly & Yearly (on sales targets and achievements)
Special Sales Bonus: Based on extraordinary sales performance
Salary Review: Yearly (on performance)
