∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits.
∎ Have the ability to manage his team in finishing & packing with good results and ensure on time delivery of goods.
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities.
∎ Analyse the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time.
∎ Follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analysing individual worker performance.
∎ Optimize quality manpower allocation.
∎ Monitor and ensure control quality system.
∎ Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the machine.
∎ Inspects machinery to detect malfunction and directs repair or replacement parts.
∎ Must be following up day to day target work.
∎ Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
