Responsibilities & Context
Providing legal research, drafting documents, assisting senior attorneys with client matters.
Prepare and review various legal agreements such as Rental/Lease agreements, business sale agreements, service contracts.
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, corporate resolutions, and internal legal opinions.
Manage case files under supervision, serving in a supporting role within the firm.
Negotiate agreements for multiple parties.
Provide general legal counsel to clients.
Collaborate on strategic legal decisions with senior attorneys and other team members.
Conduct legal research and prepare written opinions on topics like property rights, contract validity, or company laws.
Assist with day-to-day business operations and legal matters, meet with clients and assess their needs.
