Responsibilities & Context
Position Overview
This is a remote, entry-level position open to candidates based in Bangladesh. No prior US legal experience is required — we will provide comprehensive training on US employment law, legal drafting, and our firm's systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build expertise in US employment litigation. Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
Schedule
This position requires working US Pacific Time business hours (approximately 9 AM – 6 PM PT), which corresponds to evening/night hours in Bangladesh. Candidates must be available and willing to work this schedule.
Responsibilities
Communicate with clients via email and phone in English as needed;
Draft legal documents including complaints, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence;
Conduct legal research on employment law issues;
Maintain case calendars and track deadlines;
Assist attorneys with case preparation and file organization.
