∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ CA-CC from reputed audit firm.
∎ CA partly qualified will be an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Monthly Financial Statement.
∎ Receive and review invoices/Bill from vendors & others concern department for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with purchase orders/contracts/policy also check the necessary approval.
∎ Posting all LC/invoice/bill/note details, MRR /GRN into the accounting software.
∎ Communicate with vendors / other parties regarding invoice discrepancies, inquiries, and payment status.
∎ Reconcile vendor statements with accounts payable records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
∎ Daily Payable statement update and reconciliation.
∎ Generate accounts payable reports, including aging reports and vendor performance metrics.
∎ Monthly Budget VS Actual Variance Report Preparation.
∎ Monthly JV Posting to the software.
∎ Stock Reconciliation (FG, RM, WIP and Process Loss Materials), Valuation and Pass the closing entry to the software.
∎ All posting check at software and Confirm.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fair knowledge of financial statements and financial statement analysis, including an ability to analyze cash flow and the impact on the financial statements.
∎ Strong planning, Team working, interpersonal, analytical, and lateral thinking skills.
∎ Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel (Advance Level), Outlook, and PowerPoint and SAP/ERP.
