∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fuel/Petroleum, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be hardworking, highly organized deadline oriented, honest, dedicated and self-motivated.
∎ Responsible for the preparation and process sales orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
∎ Receive indent, reviewing required quantity, current stock of financial goods and consumption pattern.
∎ Maintain, updated sales records/data and pricing in the system.
∎ Prepare sales orders/work orders and getting approval from respective authority & calculate the lead time for delivery of products.
∎ Hands-on experience with Demand Planning & Demand Forecasting. Should have a fair understanding of Sales Dynamics and Sales Budgeting.
∎ Should have a fair understanding of Inventory Level Monitoring & Inventory Classification (ABC Analysis).
∎ Should have a fair understanding of Warehouse Management, Distribution, and Logistics Planning.
∎ Should have a fair understanding of Order to Cash Cycle i.e. Sales and Distribution Processes from an ERP perspective.
∎ Working knowledge of SAP SD & MM Module will be added advantage
∎ Coordinate with user departments for technical specification, samples etc.
∎ Handling and monitoring of claims to user departments and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts.
∎ Prepare different types of reports/ statements to meet the queries of Management.
∎ Well knowledge about delivery section & vat department for ensuring the compliance.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
