∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Installation and Maintenance, Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Elevator, Lift Escalator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Escalator/Elevator/Lift
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Solve any kinds of problem of all types of Lifts (like cargo, passenger etc.).
∎ Preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance of elevator LIFT/ELEVATOR.
∎ Preventive and corrective maintenance of ESCALATOR.
∎ Project planning and conducting of elevator modernization/ modification/ dismantling work.
∎ Preparing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly preventive maintenance schedule.
∎ Elevator spare parts management and forecasting of spare parts requirement.
∎ Preparing daily work report.
∎ Preparing monthly budget, CAPEX, OPEX etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience on preventive & corrective maintenance of world class brand passenger & cargo lift.
∎ Experience on installation & commissioning of passenger & cargo lift.
∎ Good knowledge in safety of Lift/Escalator.
∎ Practical experience of Lift/Elevator installation and modernization work will be given preferences.
∎ Good knowledge on computer literacy.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Hard-working, Leadership and creative.
Salary: Negotiable
