∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Design preparation and drawings of Architectural and interior project implementation including space planning, RAJUK drawings, proposal drawings, working drawings and 3D perspective for residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare and industrial projects.
∎ 2. Must be able to do 3D modeling and renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray/EnScape and Lumion.
∎ 3. Supervision and preparation of BOQ (Bill of Quantity), specifications and cost proposals for both building and interior design projects.
∎ 4.Preparation of Technical presentation and financial bid proposal as per client requirement.
∎ 5.Review the drawings received from consultant/client, taking measurements from project sites, meetings & design presentations as well as attending technical meetings with clients.
∎ 6.Guiding and coordinating different activities of the construction sites and making the team work effective and successful manner.
∎ 7. Excellent time management with a proven ability to handle teams. Problem-solving and Decision-making person with excellent interpersonal skills.
