Job Context:
∎ The candidate should have relevant experience in Quality Management System development.
∎ Must have technical knowledge and understanding of the H&M quality process.
∎ Capacity to face the audit.
∎ Ensure quality compliance at the workplace.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create and maintain procedures, process flow diagrams, instructions, forms and checklists for process documentation as required
∎ To monitor the effectiveness of the Quality Management System
∎ To make the schedule and chair management review meetings
∎ To ensure proper documentation of meeting and resolve open issues
∎ To ensure plan, maintain and monitor internal audits
∎ To work with process owners to create or make revisions to the policies, procedures and
∎ work instructions which will meet the requirements of both the company and the
∎ Quality Management System
∎ To work with individual departments to help them in creating process documentation that
∎ complies with the company's standards
∎ To advise the management team on the status of Quality System and efforts that are being
∎ implemented to improve our Quality Systems
∎ To disseminate and train staff on changes to the requirements/documents of Quality
∎ Dept.
∎ To Identify and implement actions to improve Quality System performance and customer
∎ satisfaction
∎ To provide support to management focused on achieving quality policy and quality
∎ objectives to meet customer requirements
∎ To ensure the administering Quality system in accordance with ISO 9001 to maintain
∎ certification
∎ To determine, document and maintain QA systems: QA Manual, and Work Instructions
∎ To monitor, maintain and improve reporting customer metrics
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of proven relevant experience.
∎ Min 2 years of quality experience as system manager.
∎ Experience as a lead auditor or internal quality auditor.
∎ Has a practical knowledge of ISO 9001, practical knowledge of statistics (collection of data and results)
∎ Excellent communication skills and ability to create and revise procedures and work instructions
∎ Good command in computer
∎ Good command in English in terms of speaking, listening, writing, understanding and reading.
∎ Understand and assist in continuous improvement methods and opportunities
∎ Able to identify problems and provide solutions.
∎ High level of organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills including direct customer interaction.
Salary:
