Job Context:
∎ The School project is an innovative, mission-based, education organization under Smart Innovations Limited which represents a strong focus on improving educational opportunities and its` outcomes for students. The school is seeking ambitious professionals for the positions of Bengali Teacher be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible for supervising students, developing lesson plans, preparing lesson material, and maintaining classroom tidiness.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the class schedule.
∎ Prepare lesson by getting materials ready and setting up equipment.
∎ Revise lesson materials with students individually or in small groups.
∎ Ensure that the classroom environment is safe and clean.
∎ Oversee students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on field excursions.
∎ Recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions.
∎ Document student progress and communicate with parents to keep them informed.
∎ Comply with country, school, and class rules and regulations.
∎ Attend all training classes, parent conferences, and faculty meetings.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Solid understanding of classroom activities and teaching practices.
∎ Strong presentation skill.
∎ Must have a compassionate and positive attitude.
∎ Outstanding interpersonal skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge in online apps, such as: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar etc.
∎ Sound knowledge in online learning by Google Class or Zoom.
