Job Context:
∎ Bio-Xin Cosmeceutiols is looking for •Beauty with Brain• strong persona with clear understanding of business and operations, with on eagle eye confident to be a brand presenter.
∎ Work Station: Bio-Xin Skin Care Clinic, Dhaka, Rajshahi, Chottogrom, Sylhet Branch.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
∎ Recognizing employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment
∎ Managing customer complains; identify need gaps and taking initiatives to solve issues.
∎ Developing and implementing sales plans and conducting regular sales and operations meetings
∎ Briefing employees on current soles goals, promotions, and other relevant information
∎ Organizing marketing activities and events for the branch
∎ Increasing brand awareness for the company within the community
∎ Interacting with customers on o regular basis to ensure satisfaction and going useful feedback
∎ Organizing and executing training programs for branch personnel
∎ Assessing market conditions and identifying opportunities
∎ Managing budgets, allocating branch funds, and defining financial objectives
∎ Coordinating with other branches to shore knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals
∎ Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills in order to resolve conflicts and problems.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills in order to maintain and excellent rapport with customers and co- workers.
∎ Adhering to high ethical and professional standards complying with all applicable lows and regulations for the industry
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

∎ 5+ years' experience in any multinational organization.
∎ Work experience in the following business Area shall add advantage in applicant's profile-
∎ Cosmetics Industry, Aesthetic Clinic.
∎ Target orientation & proactive approach is MUST!
∎ Flexibility to move any Branch in Bangladesh.
∎ Duty time 11 am to 8pm, weekly 6 days
Salary:
∎ Tk. 4,8,0000 - 12,00,000 (Yearly)
