Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
∎ Identify key brand pillars and values that resonate with the target audience.
∎ Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
∎ Define and maintain a unique and compelling brand positioning for Mana Bay Water Park.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the brand strategy in all aspects of the business.
∎ Oversee the creation and execution of all brand communications, both internal and external.
∎ Manage advertising, public relations, and social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
∎ Ensure a consistent and positive brand experience for visitors throughout the water park.
∎ Work closely with operations and customer service teams to maintain brand standards in guest interactions.
∎ Identify and explore strategic partnerships to enhance brand reach and credibility.
∎ Negotiate and manage relationships with brand partners, sponsors, and collaborators.
∎ Utilize data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of branding initiatives and make informed decisions.
∎ Implement performance metrics to measure brand awareness, perception, and loyalty.
∎ Establish mechanisms to collect and analyze customer feedback regarding the brand experience.
∎ Utilize customer insights to inform adjustments to the brand strategy and enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop and implement strategies for proactive reputation management.
∎ Lead crisis communication efforts to protect the brand's reputation during challenging situations.
∎ Identify opportunities for brand innovation and differentiation.
∎ Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies that could positively impact the brand.
∎ Brand Director has to be dynamic and experienced to lead our brand strategy and development efforts. This person will play a crucial role in shaping and enhancing the park's brand image, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and driving initiatives to elevate our presence in the market.
