Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the digital marketing strategy, content strategy and oversee across multiple channels, including Ads, social media, email, SMS, affiliate, Blog, SEO, video, audio, article, image & slide.
∎ Create and execute marketing plans for current and future products and Programs.
∎ Responsible for driving profitable revenue growth online by improving conversion rates, average order value, and managing site merchandising.
∎ Oversee items such as the marketing calendar and influencer/ambassador programs.
∎ Collaborate closely with the growth team to maximize revenue opportunities across all traffic sources.
∎ Manage the implementation and maintenance of email marketing campaigns.
∎ Create and drive new growth through paid media channels.
∎ Manage and optimize organic growth and community through all social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Closed FB Groups, etc.)
∎ Lead, manage, and develop the digital marketing team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Lead branding, positioning, naming, and messaging of new products.
∎ Assist in the management and execution of hiring new contractors or employees as needed.
∎ Identify competitors and research marketing best practices and provide recommendations.
∎ Create and lead social media and online marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
∎ Brainstorm, review, revise, and approve all copy written materials and facilitate the growth of the junior copywriters within the company.
∎ Build and optimize sales funnels with tools like Active Campaign and SMS Services.
∎ Strategize product utilization: upsells, down sells, how to position across all platforms.
∎ Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics to optimize all channels of conversion.
∎ Work directly with developers, IT experts, and tech team to ensure systems are integrated correctly.
∎ Build business cases and advocate for new strategic initiatives to support ecommerce growth.
∎ Partner with Merchandising and Financial on promotional hind sighting and provide marketing metrics.
∎ Merchandising, eCommerce and Creative to develop and execute promotions communications.
∎ Review and create appropriate terms and conditions for all customer promotions.
∎ Provide email analyses on syndicated reporting tools (ESP) to support strategy development.
∎ Manage day to day oversight of Email Coordinators to ensure accurate execution of bulk email messaging.
∎ Deliver accurate reporting to provide the necessary analysis to support decision making for new hires, projects, and KPI decisions.
∎ Be well versed in the latest best practices for A/B split testing, website optimization strategies, landing page optimization, email marketing, email funnels, SMS marketing, SMS funnels, SEO, Google Ad words, Facebook ads, Google Analytics, online sales funnels, shopping cart optimization, and persuasive sales copy, company blog, personal blog, linkedIn, pinterest, vimeo & slide Shane.
∎ Manage the campaign/content calendar by partnering with cross- functional teams, including Merchandising and eCommerce.
∎ Develop creative briefs and partner with creative teams (Catalogue, Visual & others)
∎ Lead weekly reporting meetings and provide test results and optimization recommendations.
∎ Management of internal and outside teams (Ads, Social, Content, Affiliate) ensuring quarterly promotions are planned and goals are met
∎ Perform other allied duties as assigned by management team.
