∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master's degree in any discipline

∎ University of Dhaka, University of Chittagong, IBA, Dhaka University, IBA, Jahangirnagar University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Steel & Steel Scrap Sales & Marketing

∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and developing short and long-term goals and objectives annually, and submitting time projections to corporate management for approval.
∎ Must have practical experience on steel & steel scrap sales & marketing.
∎ Monitor and generate all kinds of reports including slow moving & dead items.
∎ Prepare monthly sales plan & execute accordingly to achieve sales target.
∎ Paying close attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
∎ Prepare different types of report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis, Competitors Sales & Activities Analysis etc.
∎ Should have thorough and clear knowledge/understanding about respective market/zone/region regarding market size/volume, market share of different brands/company, market potentiality.
∎ Maintaining existing corporate customer base and searching new customer to increase sales.
∎ Quotation submission & Price Negotiation with customer.
∎ Building and maintaining strong business relationship with customer & provide required support.
∎ Develop relationships with potential clients through Presentations, Business Networking, Telephone calls, Personal emails, Personal mailings, Business forums, and/or other business or social Networking
∎ Routine follow up with prospective clients
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership & Presentation Skills.
∎ Minimum 02 to 05 years' experience in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Experienced candidate in steel related marking will be given preference.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
∎ Strategic Thinking & Technical Capacity & Results Driven.
Salary: Negotiable
