∎ Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success within the region.
∎ Set standards and objectives for different functional activities and departments in line with the organization's business objectives.
∎ Optimize and oversee the sales and operations to ensure efficiency by establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base and serving the needs of existing customers.
∎ Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Ensure compliance and set rules with the organization's policies and operational guidelines.
∎ Deal with the property owners, buyers and other stakeholders by providing creative and practical solutions.
∎ Evaluate performance using key metrics and address the issues to improve it.
∎ Collect customer feedback and market research data within the region.
∎ Maintain update information about the products and competitors.
∎ Assist management in decisions for expansion or acquisition of business within the region.
∎ Lead and develop our digital sales, online strategy, drive sales and look our online platforms and promote as a leading online brand.
∎ Achieve monthly target while maintaining team portfolio quality, operational standard and value addition in business and team development.
∎ Identify potential sector, market, clients and add value to portfolio diversification.
∎ Maintain visit frequency with all the existing and overdue clients, as per collection protocol of the company.
∎ Ensure all operational procedures of the company related to documentation, disbursement, collection, and other services to the client.
∎ Complete any other ad-hoc (non-regular) responsibilities given by your line manager from time to time.
∎ Creates necessary Presentations for new clients, marketing database for different digital marketing channels.
∎ Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with clients & merchants.
∎ Coordinate closely with relevant teams (i.e., sales, product, graphics, content writing and technical) to plan and execute effective campaigns.
∎ Expertise in Social Media Marketing.
∎ Experts with Photography Skill will get special advantage.
∎ Experts from Real Estate Companies.
∎ Skill & Attitudes - Counseling Skills
∎ Interpersonal skills
∎ Strong Communications Skills
∎ Strong Computer Skills including Google Sheets/Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
∎ CRM/Sales force experience preferred.
