Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc.(Honors) & M.Sc(Compulsory) in Chemical Engineering from BUET. Besides B.Sc.(Honors) & M.Sc(Compulsory) in Applied Chemistry from a reputed Public or Private University will be preferred in case of highly experienced Professionals.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to look after total factory & Laboratory and production work related day to day operations which will be performed fluently.
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
∎ Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant work for a perfect factory setup.
∎ To provide management oversight for all phases of Multi structured work for a best factory, including coordination of employees, material & equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding with quality, on scheduled time and within budget.
∎ Cooperating with the visions of project refers to conducted with all over factory & other circumstances.
∎ Implementation of QC plan as a part of Quality assurance system.
∎ Checking all the raw materials required for detergent production.
∎ Clearly understanding the ASTM, EN & IS standard.
∎ Physical & chemical testing for different types of detergent according to the different standards & SOP.
∎ Recording analyzing the factory operations (Technical) and distributing statistical information & instant cooperate with production department.
∎ Ensure recipe and feed monitoring as per requirement, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and work instruction.
∎ Maintain proper sample records and documentation for all raw materials and finished goods.
∎ Handling sophisticated laboratory equipment's like EDXRF, CTM & others.
∎ Hourly checking the Factory operational parameters & communication with CCR in time.
∎ Ensure the delivery of different types of packing product according to the customized customer demand.
∎ Raw materials quality inspection entry through SAP.
∎ Preparation of different Types of Daily, Weekly & Monthly report as required.
∎ Receive complaints and solve the complaint along with the discussion of the HOD & other top officials.
∎ Follow the safety instruction in the Lab.
∎ Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.

∎ Detergent/Soap manufacturing Industries. Candidate without experience, need not to apply.
∎ Strong communication ability both in Bangla & English.
∎ Positive team member, Hard Working Self-motivated, Honest, Dedicated, detail-oriented & possessing, good memory.
∎ Capable to handle multiple tasks & able to work under pressure in different shift.
∎ Comfort and familiarity with computers and the Internet.
