Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction, maintenance, repair and renovation works.
Handle practical civil maintenance issues and provide cost-effective solutions.
Inspect factory buildings, roads, drainage systems, floors, roofs, boundary walls and other civil structures and submit reports to the factory head.
Supervise contractors' workers and site activities to ensure quality and timely completion.
Prepare estimates, BOQ, material requirements and work schedules.
Check construction materials, measurements and contractor bills.
Coordinate with workers, Production, Administration, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Experience
5–7 years of practical experience in civil construction and maintenance.
Experience in industrial projects will be preferred.
Strong hands-on experience is essential.
Skills & Requirements
Strong practical knowledge or hands-on experience of civil construction and maintenance.
Good knowledge of estimation, measurement and contractor supervision.
Ability to read civil or structural drawings.
