Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand and act basic engineering functions like Civil RCC drawing, site preparation, ground leveling, concrete foundation and finishing work
∎ Understand and act Field measurement and marking, survey work, site area utilization and site supervision.
∎ Preparation of Shop & Erection Drawing of steel structure or pre-engineered steel structure using AutoCAD.
∎ Preparation of working drawing and fabrication drawing of steel structure or pre-fabricated steel building system using AutoCAD and TEKLA.
∎ Prepare Purchase Requisition (PR), Material Receiving Report (MRR),
∎ Check measurement book (MB) and prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for both RCC and Steel Structure.
∎ Prepare estimation, check requisition list, quantity & quality and inventory
∎ Coordinate with procurement and delivery department
∎ Ensure proper inventory of all stores/materials at site
∎ Guiding and coordination of different activities of the construction sites and make the team work effective and successful.
∎ Providing support to Designers & other departments as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience Requirements : 3 to 8 year(s)
∎ 3+ years practical experience in shop drawing preparation of steel structure
∎ The applicants should have good knowledge about steel & R.C.C. building detailing
∎ Have good understanding of RCC and Steel Structure design and construction process.
∎ Minimum 05 years' experience in supervising, estimate of high-rise building & site supervision for graduate engineer
∎ Excellent knowledge on international codes & standards as well as BNBC Code.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
