Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related filed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Relevant marketing experience in managing large client relationships at both B2B and B2C for engineering construction and interior design.
∎ Develop all marketing and sales strategies, integrated marketing plans and implementing marketing methodologies consistent with the goals of the business.
∎ Provide accurate market research and analysis, prepare reports and sales forecasts to senior management as well as develop methods to increase market share of the company for engineering construction and interior design segment.
∎ Analyze data on markets, competitors and consumers and to keep up market information, trends and updates to formulate ways to gain more work.
∎ Work with internal specialist such as designers, advertising managers and marketing service executives to achieve marketing goal.
∎ Performs direct customer sales in key areas to achieve sales target; promotes and maintains customer relations with prospective clients nation-wide.
∎ Participate in development, implementation and maintenance of marketing policies, objectives, short-range and long-range planning to meet established marketing goals and achieve sales target.
∎ Grow the social media (ex: facebook followers, youtube subscribers) communities of each platform.
∎ Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews/queries and respond to each review/query.
∎ Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the management group.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ He/She will work other projects of Headroom Group as well
∎ Must be a team player and able to handle stress
∎ Conduct research for better understand the market situation
∎ Making a good liaison with different stakeholders and different media
∎ Collect different data base for different association
Salary: Negotiable
