Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage civil construction/project site activities.
Monitor work progress, quality, materials, and manpower.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and project teams.
• Prepare site reports, measurements, BOQ-related documents, and progress updates.
• Identify technical issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
Should be able to manage high quality residential building construction work.
Maintain accurate project records, daily site report, inspection requests, observing logs, progress photograph and snag list for audit and handover purposes.
