Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work diligently to achieve the monthly collection targets established by the management.
∎ Initiate necessary communication with customers on a daily basis through calls, SMS, and visits, adhering to banking norms.
∎ Attend to customer queries promptly and professionally during interactions.
∎ Prepare comprehensive visit reports after engaging with customers.
∎ Proactively identify customers who are difficult to reach or have been skipped.
∎ Facilitate field visits, either independently or with the assistance of a 3rd party agency, for these customers.
∎ Follow all instructions provided by the line manager in a timely and accurate manner.
∎ Record detailed client information in call sheets or collection software as per managerial guidelines.
∎ Immediately inform the line manager of any disputes arising during calls or visits.
∎ Document dispute details and actions taken for resolution.
∎ Execute various tasks assigned by the management promptly and efficiently.
∎ Maintain open and effective communication with both internal and external customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skill
∎ Should have good Computer Knowledge
