Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with the overdue portfolio customers and day-to-day correspondence with existing customers to continue regular loan installments and execute the relevant business activities to ensure revenue earnings of business.
∎
∎ Ensure efficient management of Retail/Home Loan overdue & Non-Performing Asset (NPA).
∎ Ensure monthly & yearly set target of PAR & NPL of Retail products.
∎ Ensure physical visit to critical & chronic overdue customers on regular basis.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed under secured products by ensuring compliance on customer's security documentation.
∎ Regular follow up with overdue/NPA customers through phone calls, physical visit and different types of dunning letter.
∎ Ensure good rapport with internal stakeholders such as Branch people, unit heads, business support units and external stakeholders such as law enforce agency etc.
