- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance, Management
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management or a relevant discipline.
Professional certification in Supply Chain/Commercial operations will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements
5–8 years of relevant experience in Commercial, Import-Export, LC and Banking operations.
Experience in manufacturing/packaging industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of LC, Import-Export and banking procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
Good command of MS Office and commercial documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work independently under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
Manage overall commercial activities including LC, import, export and banking documentation.
Prepare and verify commercial documents, invoices, PI, LC, EXP, Bill of Entry and related papers.
Coordinate with banks, C&F agents, suppliers, customers and internal departments.
Handle import/export procedures and ensure timely shipment and documentation.
Monitor customs, VAT, tax and other regulatory compliance related to commercial operations.
Maintain proper records of all commercial transactions and documents.
Ensure smooth coordination between Purchase, Accounts, Production and Management.
Resolve commercial issues efficiently and provide regular updates to management.
