1. Manage Core Network equipment

·         Ensure Server & Network Uptime

·         Manage Core MikroTik Routers CCR1036 & RB95-1G

·         Design and Plan Network Diagram

·         Ensure smooth Point-to-point Tunnel Data connectivity with the Head office.

·         Monitoring Internet B/W issues with MRTG Graph

·         Follow up and Check all core equipment Daily basis.

2. IT Support to End User

·         Provides exceptional support to over 100+ end users

·         Highly important to Ticket Counter if faces any IT issues

·         Keep all IT systems up to date with the latest software and security patches.

·         Diagnose and resolve computer-related issues to minimize downtime and disruption.

·         Responsible for the management of network printers, scanners, desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.

3. In-House Builder Software Support

·         Received complaints from users and took proactive steps to address the issues

·         Resolved user issues according to their specific needs.

·         Collaborated with the Head office MIS team to address major complaints

·         Proficient in conducting in-house builder ERP like-TMS, PIMS, Gate pass, HRD software, Myerp, etc.

4. Ticket Management System (TMS) Support

·         Daily Marketing package tickets provided as per the marketing team's requirements

·         Handle ticketing issues

·         Follow up and address any issues faced by the sales team.

·         Administer daily discounts on rides and tickets as provided by the operations department

5. Execute IT tasks assigned by management

·         Deploy Outlook Exchange mail server client access services, quota management, and archive.

·         Manages and oversees CCTV camera's core issues.

·         Handle Microsoft Office services-related issues in Excel and Word.

·         Oversee optical fiber-related issues

·         Coordinate with ISP vendors and other stakeholders.
